As per Toronto Real Estate Board’s monthly market watch report, house sales are high, average house price increasing, the number of new listings are low, active listings are less, average days on market are less. Which means supply is less than demand, house prices are on the rise and houses are selling faster than last year.
It seems like we are going to have a busy winter market this year and the months of December and January will be good months for home-buyers to secure cost-effective deals.
